MICHAEL WThis location is awesome. Staff was extremely helpful and understanding. My issue was with my original reservation. Reserved a truck in Howell, an hour later a UHaul rep said they did not have a truck for me. Had no trucks within 20 miles of Howell. We had to travel 25 miles just to pick up a truck. That is ridiculous! Had to reserve 100 miles just cause of the distance. Not the location in Williamstons fault, he was great, your reservation system seems to need some help.
