They charged my credit card twice and I was told a lie that they would give me my money back the same day they didn’t. I had a call back today Sunday and they said well it’s gonna take about 3 to 5 days. The truck was dirty when I picked it up and then the drop off location doesn’t even have a Uhaul sign off of country back road. It’s like a welding place. There was nowhere to park it and it was all muddy and had a pit holes of water in it absolutely terrible experience. I will never use Uhaul again.
