The employ that we did transaction with was rude, unfriendly and gave us important information, we were told about the mileage and end paying more than we anticipated. He never gave us the military discount despite him being told and seeing the card!
MARIE BHad a bad experience with Delaware equipment rental. Picked up a U-Haul and the individual who was checking me in was rude and made the rental process difficult. I would recommend finding somewhere else to rent from.
