How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendant was rude, make me feel uncomfortable
LUIS CCustomer service could improve. Did not contact me about the pickup change or to verify reservation and provide hours because they were only open until 11am on Saturday.
CYNTHIA MThe man who works at the front desk is always rude. I rented two Uhauls from this location and both times he was snippy, miserable, and rude. He tosses IDs and credit cards back at the customer.
