Pick up was scheduled at 07:30am. I was able to pick up only at 09:00am once office was opened. Had to call U-Haul support and lady was trying to help, but there was no substitute available with earlier pick up. Nobody left keys on pick up box. We had major issue with our schedule due to this. Cup holders were spilled

ROBERT GI arrived at the location to pick up the rental during regular business hours, but the door was locked, and I had to wait until the rental manager returned to the office. After completing the use of the truck and returning to the office, I once again found the rental office locked and had to wait for the rental manager to return to the office. I will definitely not use this particular location again.
CHARLES BThey just took the keys. Didn't check the truck, fuel and gave me nothing indicating that I in fact returned the truck and when.
