I arrived at the location to pick up the rental during regular business hours, but the door was locked, and I had to wait until the rental manager returned to the office. After completing the use of the truck and returning to the office, I once again found the rental office locked and had to wait for the rental manager to return to the office. I will definitely not use this particular location again.

They just took the keys. Didn't check the truck, fuel and gave me nothing indicating that I in fact returned the truck and when.
