The trailer was not filthy this time as it was in the past from this location, but it was not clean. I had an appointment for 8:30 am to pickup a 5x8 cargo trailer. When I walked into the storage facility office early, I got a screen with someone running the store remotely. I told him about my reservation for 8:30 and he looked it up. He told me there was no one to handle a uhaul rental for the day and that another person from another location would be there in 20-30 minutes. The person was there about 30 minutes later than my appointment time. There were also several 4x8 cargo trailers there and for whatever reason I was only able to reserve the more expensive 5x8 online.
Bryan GMoving help we hired through U-Haul (DJohnsonsmoving in Wilmington NC) never showed up! This caused us a great deal of problems. And, your 'virtual assistant' at pickup location is BS. Other nearby location, staffed with real people is much preferable.
