My experience is Shepard was great. This is Nothing on regards to them. This is the experience was a domino effect of trying to find the truck went to Wilmington get there. The equipment was not prepared due to tire issues which we appreciate the teams recognizing safety and then had to go all the way down to Carolina Beach. They offered a discount of $50 to go to the first location then they offered a discount of $50 to go to the second location and added mileage which is appreciated but once I got to the second location, they said they only could do the first $50 so the second $50 never came and then intern added a lift and additional gas and drive to the day Just a headache was confirmed a truck get there and it’s not there and then add more and then that $50 would’ve been nice to balance the cost of the difference
