Not being allowed to drop the truck in another state was an issue I did not know until I showed up to rent, by then it was too late to change locations. No ability to drop it in another state cost me another $100 at least. The truck was not clean but that is expected in these frigid conditions. It was clean enough for me. Staff at this location was not friendly. I paid over $700 for this rental.
