Man didn’t know English well. Didn’t know how to put on a hitch. Didn’t even help us connect it. We had asked a random man help us connect it and give us tips and helped us with lights and everything. Horrible first experience

Nicole DThey need to improve their customer service. I’ve dropped trailers and trucks off at this location in the past. Every time I try to get a receipt for the return their computer is down. They say they will send an e-mail confirmation, but that rarely happens.
Nick CThe truck was ok but the drivers door was messed up. The rear roll door was almost impossible to open.
Kim WI was charged for the safe move insurance for$15 and I absolutely did not order it today. This has happend a few other times and I need this refunded.
