Not open, I was charged for an extra day for weekend rental, returned early Monday no one available, this place is rural and not open on Sundays.
DARRELL LIt was the worse experience I have had with ihaul. I was not notified there was no truck. I showed up and the place w a s closed with no.truck, after I got an email reminding me of my pickup time. I had to go over 60 miles to get a truck and it was sitting in a flex in the middle of nowhere. Then there was no supplies that I was charged for. Then when I dropped off at st Claude New Orleans, there was no one to be found. I started z self check in a a petso appeared inside. She yelled at me to pull my truck under the awning. It was next to the awning. When I did the guy never got out of his chair to help me. Now I see I was charged for an extra day, which I returned it a day early. Now I have to fight th he charges for the equipment and the extra day. No more Uhaul in my future.
James JNo staff onsite when I dropped off but available by phone. Convenient location for me to drop off.
JOHN DNumber on u haul site for this location, would ring 2-5 times and would get declined, purposefully not answering. I had to just make a decision to leave the truck in the grass and leave my key in someone's mail box. No specified number to call for assistance no drop box.
