Waited outside for over an hour because the gate was closed even though it said on their website they were open until 4. Would not answer the phone when we called multiple times. Was rude and rushed us off the property after.

This guy rolled it off bed to come help me. This location is his house I guess. Had to wait ten minutes for him to come to his gate and help me. I can’t get ahold of him by phone to return a blanket I forgot to return.
LORI WOverall great service very professional staff dropping off was very easy. I would most definitely recommend this location dependable. And very reliable great overall experience right I live about 30 minutes from Wilson and I will be using them again. I pray that everybody that reads this that the scales fall off their eyes and they can see Jesus for who he truly is in Jesus name. Have a blessed evening.
dennis sFix the U-Haul app. It added insurance, pads, Dollie’s after I explicitly declined them. The $40 charge for the insurance was not visible when I signed for the trailer because the print on the phone was too small.
