I asked them to check it in, they said they'd check it in later. I then received a bill for filling the gas tank. I had filled the gas tank, took photos to verify. I had to contact UHaul to get the charges reversed (the person on the phone was very helpful). This was clearly fraudulent by PNJ. Second time this has happened (two months ago was at a different drop off facility in Macclesfield NC). Very disappointing that I can't just rent and return without problems...

The parking lot and area was awful, loose gravel, sand and rocks plus other debris in the parking area.
