I was not prepared for the fact that they expected me to put the tow on the truck myself, and then to connect the car to the tow myself.
MAURINE WI went to pick up the tow and was told, “there it is”. I think they expected me to be able to attach the tow to the truck and then to be able to get my car hooked up to it. That was a real shocker.
