When I arrive to return the trailer at the location, I had selected at initial rental and had received an email confirmation for, the woman told me she was not expecting my return. She showed me the system said I was supposed to return it somewhere else. She was accommodating and let me return it there, but the angst of being told it’s not the right location was frustrating and confusing.
