Love this location. Great communication & service. I do wish it was open on Saturdays, but it's nice they get weekends off for their staff. The T-Mobile signal is weak in the area, which causes delay in self check-in, but overall definitely my favorite location.
Lorraine RVery challenging to identify the location due to lack of signage or visible U-Haul items. Called ahead to ensure all was in order due to RSVP online. Apparently they share space with a towing company. Was transferred to Joy, who was very polite, helpful, friendly, professional and efficient! Will use them for ALL my future hauling needs.
Lorraine RAsked for a manager to call from customer service. I paid full price for a unit. I was supposed to have it for 24 hours but was only given 4 hours to have it back. Couldn’t do what I needed. It was a waste of 60 dollars
Matthew RDidn’t have furniture dolly I reserved which made my work much harder. Was told fuel was 1/2 tank but in reality, it was on the line between 1/4 & 1/2. Back of truck had leaves and some kind of white dust all over that I had to clean out before putting my furniture in it.
