I was there to pickup a truck Saturday afternoon and 3 man was there, refused to help me , I was confused my phone was about to to go off had to go back to the place where I ordered to get help , soon I got back , one off the 3 man Ofer to help,soon I was wich the app to remove the key, it was given me letters to open box number 2 , but number 2 was numbers, so I had to call back again to explain my problem, it was a nightmare until I finally got it, I was very nervous , if wasn’t for the laid , very nice from Shenandoah truck rental

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur requested location was changed by Uhaul the day before pickup which messed with our pickup timeline. The app wasn't working so check-in was much longer and more challenging than expected. On top of things, all 3 dollies were missing from the truck. We had to travel to another Uhaul location to get dollies before taking the truck to our residence. We missed out on a full afternoon of packing due to the delays with pickup and locating dollies in the afternoon. Moving is already stressful enough and this experience did not make it any easier.
Derek RThe website should not allow rentals from locations that do not carry certain vehicles. My initial rental was 2 miles closer to our destination, so having to go to the other location added 4-5 miles to our trip, costing us additional money.

Nicholas SLove this location. Great communication & service. I do wish it was open on Saturdays, but it's nice they get weekends off for their staff. The T-Mobile signal is weak in the area, which causes delay in self check-in, but overall definitely my favorite location.
