We dropped off after hours at this location because of the serious cold in CT. We were afraid the truck wouldn't start. I will say even with the check in fiasco, the drop off was nice and easy. I noticed I didn't get charged a convenience fee, which made me happier about the whole experience.
Kaitlyn BThe self check in was not great all because of the app. Very finicky and you have to be their which was stressful for me picking it up at 1130pm as it was snowing. They had to call to verify a "friend" at that time too which I had no idea about. I had to phone support
