This is an unstaffed drop-off site, so there aren't any personnel to rate on helpfulness. It is easily accessible and the drop box was clearly marked. The gravel lot was free of litter and obstructions. I do appreciate not having to leave town to drop off equipment.

There was nobody on-site at this location when I arrived at nearly 10 am on a Wednesday. I had difficulty unhitching the trailer by myself. I found a concrete block and used my bottle jack to get it off my hitch ball.
KEVIN KThis is a fault with the equipment and has nothing to do with Auto Techs. I found it impossible to adjust the side mirrors which made it very tricky to drive in traffic in Wichita. There should be some instruction or other information in the cab as to how these mirrors can be adjusted. Online the suggestion was to use an Allen Wrench. I did not find one to use in the truck. tom
THOMAS WThe only thing I would change is informing the customer beforehand of the pictures you need to take. I personally took before and after pics of odometer and gas tank. Just in case but I didn't know the return process was going to ask me to take those pictures and I had already locked the truck so I couldn't turn it on to take the pictures with the app. Other then that everything else was fantastic.
