Somewhat helpful but we had to call them before we dropped the truck off and they were at lunch. We left the truck there and went to lunch taking the key. Then I received a call just asking where the key was and I said we were at lunch and we would bring it back. Upon returning no one was in the building. We waited and returned the key and all that was said was I've been waiting for this and he left again. After having starting problems, waiting for the battery and kind of surly service we were glad to return the truck. It served its purpose but it was a long day. The customer service agent on the phone was very pleasant though and stayed in contact with us which was lovely.
