When arrived, the lot was quite full of U-Haul equipment and only one person was working for the store, U-Haul and a side business located in the same building. Perhaps one other person working to help alleviate some of the pressure for the one employee. He was pleasant to deal with though.

I was very disappointed that the U-Haul system was down. I had plans and people waiting for me to help load equipment. I had to wait 2-3 Hours for the system to get back on line. Please provide a discount for this inconvenience. Paid $59.00. Would like at least $20.00 in refund.
RENALD RClerk was polite but overworked as he was the only one in the store. Store contained a marijuana dispensary inside, it smelled like a pot party was going on. Unpleasant. The truck was clean but has some mechanical issues. The service engine light was on and the steering was very loose, felt like front end work would soon be required.
DAVID JWhen you rent from U-Haul, you generally know what to expect. Does the truck get the job done? Yes. But the safety and overall condition of the vehicle left a lot to be desired. Ours felt like it was on the verge of stalling several times, and with nearly 200K miles on it, it might be time to retire that truck. On top of that, they attempted to charge me for an extra full day even though we had clearly booked it for two days and returned it on time to the same location.
STEVEN GRear tire warning “low on air” was on when I picked truck up. Advised individual at pick up location and they is it flat I said doesn’t look like,he said it’s good.
