The initial drop off place wasn’t ready to receive the truck, the person in charge said the alley was under construction and he send me to a place that at the moment was closed so at the end the customer service lady sent me to a 24/7 drop off location.

Ladislao SThe location was easy to get in and out and they had me on the road in no time. Unfortunately the truck had no AC, but it’s the winter so once I got out of Florida it was no problem. It also had a pretty rough vibration, but again no huge deal it drove ok. Ultimately a brake caliper exploded and left me on the side of the road an hour and a half from my destination. I got $100 back which, and they towed the truck to my destination which was great, but overall not a great experience
