When I picked the U-Haul up, I was impressed with the quick and easy service. However, that changed when I was running behind on dropping it off. I got a call saying "when are you planning on dropping the truck off?" I told her I was running late and I had it at an event and MAYBE would be bringing it day after. She said "would've been nice to know ahead of time" I said yep and she said "Guess I will just figure it out with the customers in front of me" her tone was rude and un called for. I understand I had a part in it, but working in customer service, you don't act that way.
