Felt rushed only one person covering 2 or 3 different jobs
Jonathan BI have dealt before with a U-Haul store where they rent and receive trailers, trucks.... This was not what I would call a very professional location. In addition; When I returned the trailer. I wanted to get credit for the mattress cover. Since I did not use it. At the delivery location. They told me that he could not give me credit. I would have to contact U-Haul to get credit. As far as was concerned. He represented -Haul and he should have been able to provide with credit.
William LHe tried to help me but everyone he tried to call passed the buck to someone else. I the customer left with a bad experience with Uhaul
