Our rental never got checked in! We had to go back to the drop off location and demand the truck be checked in. Then he denied it was him who was there at drop off. It was the same agent. Before drop off, we filled the tank, drove less than a mile to drop off, and he tried to tell us we would be charged for a full tank of gas. Thank goodness we took pictures!!! This was a very poor experience overall and we will never rent from U-Haul again. We will be referring everyone to some other truck rental company.

I would not allow this location to represent your company. Extremely unprofessional, just stop in and see for yourself. They charged me for insurance when I did not ask or want it. They would not give me a paper copy of my contract. They could not use the U-Haul interface and I had to assist in imputing information.
CHRISTOPHER HThe customer service provider at that location was extremely rude. He was on FaceTime with his girlfriend during the entire exchange and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by being there to pick up my truck. He gave no information about the process and did not review equipment with me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
