The truck was in good working order but was not well cleaned. Of course it was snowy weather but there is no reason that the box area shouldn't be clean.

First, I would say the first level of improvement would be help. I walked in a little unfamiliar with how to hook up the items and the dealer recommended that I just pull up a YouTube video to do so as well as I wasn’t able to connect on the lot, so it was very difficult moving it to another lot to get it connected. I also had to call a third-party to help assist with the connection since it was not met at the dealer itself.
