Don't lie to them. I had to go to three different locations to collect the equipment. Thr locations where I had reservation, did not have any equipment to rent despite the fact that there were numerous equipment sitting there. They sent me to another location to get the truck only. I had to drive the truck over a distance of of 30 miles to pick up the auto transporter. I had to get one of the tire on the transporter repaired at my own cost.

RONNIE DThe staff at the local business was very courteous and helpful. They worked diligently to get me on my way. Unfortunatly, the computer software was not functioning as it should. The check in / out procedure took way too long. After further exploration, I discovered it's an internal issue with the U-Haul online system used by the local dealer. I confirmed this issue is being experienced by two other dealers.
