CHARLES JThe entire transaction was excellent until the very end. I went out of my way to clean the truck prior to turning it in. There was not one scrap of trash or debris in the truck cab or bed. There may have been a couple grass blades on the driver side floor but not bad enough to require vacuuming. However, I received an email receipt for a $25 cleaning fee. This was not an honest charge.
EDWIN AThere was no one there to check the trailer back in. I called and left a message that we had returned it, but no way to confirm.
