First off you guys got my miles wrong 30 minutes and 5 phone calls and transfers later you guys added miles for a charge, but didn't add more days. So I had 420 miles and 2 days with the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous. I had requested a mobile pick up it WASENT prepared for a mobile pick up. I had to waist time on my already ridiculous time crunch of 2 days as the old lady went and got it. I didn't get into the vehicle tell 7:30. Once at the vehicle I instantly noticed it was filthy. Extremely dirty window and something sugary spilled all over the seats. I had to wipe it down just to sit in it. Once I FINALLY got to loading i was harassed by uhaul officials trying to sell me loading help, a free trailer and free storage. That total trip took me 3 days and I must have gotten no less then 7 calls during 3 days. So once loaded with only a half a tank of gas I started out on my 420 mile journey having to already stop soon after starting my journey to waist more time to get gas. Mind you I was forced to be on a ridiculous time crunch of only 2 days. After finally getting to my destination I unloaded i was supposed to return thr truck 80 miles in the opposite direction at 7 am in the morning again RIDICULOUS. I HAD TO EAT AN ADDITIONAL DAY CHARGE FOR THE PETTY INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION. IVE GOT ALOT MORE MOVING TO DO ILL BE RENTING ONE MAYBE 2 26FT TRUCKS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD WITH A MOVING RENTAL COMPANY. ILL NEVER BE USING UHAUL AGAIN. YOUR PEOPLE WHERE NEVER HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY UNFLEXABLE ADDING STRESS AND HARDSHIP TO AN ALREADY DIFFICULT SITUATION

MICHAEL BThe first truck I was assigned was dirty and didn’t run well. They swapped it out for another one that was in better shape but hadn’t been swept out. After keeping the truck less than 4 hours and driving less than 1 mile, instead of being charged the $44 estimated amount I was charged three times that amount.
