The van itself was filthy. We had to wipe down the whole front with Clorox wipes, that we had to buy at the location. We used the whole container to clean the van, but of course that didn’t clean the seats, which needed to be vacuumed and cleaned as well.
Danielle FIt took over 30 minutes to get the truck. I ended up paying hourly movers for idle time, as he kept serving other food-mart shoppers in between. Even for the truck, he was choosy that a newer truck could only be given one way and threatened to cancel the contract. WORST place, doesn't care about U-Haul customers. Wish I could give -5 rating.
