So the location was fine but the truck I rented was a piece of crap. When I drive off I noticed the check engine lite on I don’t think much about it but when I got it to my home 10 miles away and tried to restart it the starter would not engage after about 10 tries it started and when you backed up it chugged and almost stalled. When I returned the truck the next day and told the guy about the truck he didn’t seem to care about it.

I think you need to go back to employees checking the vehicles in so they can verify the condition of the truck. The truck was dirty with what looked like crumbs everywhere, literally on every surface. It smelled gross, like a cigar and I had to drive with the windows open. Also the check engine light was on.

Melissa SI was told to put the same amount of gas that given to me in the truck, back in it before I dropped it off. Well it was on E. No gas. So that’s exactly how I’ll be giving it back. Took a picture with time stamps. It was also filthy. I had to clean it out before I used it. It would of ruined my mattress. 0 stars
