Truck did not run properly. Person who issued me the truck was rude. Got a 14 foot bed not 15. Paid for a 15. Poorly run.

They didn't care if they rented us a truck or not.
SHIRLEY WWorker at counter was very rude and unprofessional. When I called to make reservations he was impatient and inconsiderate. He didn’t wanna answer any of my questions and rush me off the phone. I made reservations for the medium side truck but when I got to the place he only gave me excess to the small truck. To improve for future customers practice customer service skills and treat your customers with respect.
