How U-Haul Reviews WorkConvenient location, but U-Haul rentals are a side business, and the staff don't have much time to deal with U-Haul customers. Equipment was not logged as returned in a timely manner, and the gas in the tank was not registered accurately.

Michael CNothing wrong with this location but my original location was 30 miles away and I don’t own a car because I live in New York City. Terrible. And they didn’t have any of the equipment I paid for like even a dolly because they aren’t a full fledge U Haul. This is on U Haul, not these guys.
