I went to pick up my truck and the Uhaul rep was not even there. The car wash personnel was the one trying to help as much as they could. Even after i did the online check-in it still took about an hour to get my key.Alexandra M.

I was very pleased with agent handling my rental . She took time to assure the van was cleaned before I took possession and handled the transaction quickly and professionally. Uhaul - as a company - should work on their mobile pick up process - it was extremely slow and needs an efficiency improvement.MEGHAN R.
The van seats were absolutely disgusting. They were covered in dog or cat hair and lint. I have pictures which I can send if you're truly interested. Also the pickup required manual intervention and the manager Dominic had to get involved because the automated process of using your mobile phone didn't work. The girl at the counter and Dominic were nice.Dave S.
I had looked over the van I had to use and it was a pretty new van , I had driven about a block from the rental station and pulled over to adjust the right side mirror to realize the reason I had trouble seeing out of it , the mirror was broken ! had to do the whole trip with a half of a mirror just had the wide angle half of it . Once I got to my destination saw that I had gotten a text to send back a condition repot of the van survey that was closed/timed out that there was only 5 minutes to respond! the girl in the office never mentioned any thin about having to respond to texts & emails !I DO NOT DO TEXT OR RESPOND TO E-MAILS WHEN DRIVING !!!!!! I've waiting to hear from U Haul blaming me for this broke mirror ! In witch I will have a big problem ! I have use the same u-haul place a few times before and never had any problems with even older trucks so let's what happens this weekpaul A.

The woman working the desk inside didn't know where the keys to the truck were. They were inside the truck and we found them ourselves while she called someone else to find out. Otherwise, sent in our info two days prior but once we got to the truck and began the pick up process, we had to wait to be approved and waited 40 minutes to get the truck. We also had our pick up location set to 25 minutes away from this spot and Uhaul automatically changed the pick up without any warning the morning of our move, putting us 25 minutes away from our moving place.Nicholas M.

Equipment is stored under large trees and covered in tree and bird droppings. Vehicles are also extremely dated. Staff is very nice but they were unable to complete checkin with their technology. Additionally the other business splits the attention.eric G.

I went to pick the truck up early and was unable to do so with the online self check-in. So, I went back an hour later, and started the processes to be given a notice that my reservation expired. I call the number provided, and was on hold for 40 minutes. I tried chatting online to be told they couldn't help and I needed to call the number. My husband called the standard U-haul number and got through to a representative in ten minutes that was able to help. It is not clear why he was able to get through for assistance while I was still waiting on hold. If a representative is available, they should be able to assist the next person in the cue. Or if the reservation just needed to be refreshed, that should have been able to be handled by the chat representative.Steven V.

The pick up and drop off through my phone was a nightmare. There was no word lock on the truck had to get the key in the location even though I had arranged to do it through my phone. Very frustrating, confusing and time wasting. Customer service was of no help. Auto chat took forever for replies and I was just put on hold when I tried to call. Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend. The location however was fine and the truck itself was fine.Melissa B.
