I was supposed to pick up my 6x12 trailer in Memphis, Tn The day before my pick up I was informed I had to drive 45 miles to Wynne Ar to get my trailer. I’m not sure why I made a reservation if there is not going to be a trailer available??

The overall experience with this truck rental was horrendous. Not the fault of Handy Mini Storage. It was solely the fault of UHaul’s corporate policies and procedures. The whole experience was terrible and in the future you will NOT be my first choice. Do better UHaul!
