We had a lot of mix-ups with pickup times. While some of this may have been my fault I was upfront at the beginning that I was meant to be out of my old house on the 31st and could not be flexible with pickup times I was forced to have them pick it up on the 1st. Luckily we were able to get an extension to keep the boxes at the old place until the 1st. Only for me to be told that day I would not get my boxes till the 3rd. The only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because they called me and had someone immediately come and get my boxes and deliver it to my new address.

The ladies that assisted us were gracious and very professional. The vehicle itself had issues: loose steering, ruff riding, and extremely bad on gas milage.
