The employees were really helpful and had great customer service I only had issues with the truck itself. It drove horrrible! I felt like it was gonna. Break down when I drove it. The breaks are extremely bad and it drives like the transmission is about to go out. It shouldn’t be rented to anyone else unless it’s repaired.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe overall cleanliness of the vehicle was great along with the staff/location. However, the brakes in the vehicle was well past worn. The brakes were pulsating, and the vehicle had extreme difficulty stopping even while unloading. The vehicle was 100% not safe to drive.
