The gal in the office was great. Handling many people and different equipment by herself. I just found the ordering of moving items frustrating. Items I ordered were not listed on the bill but I was offered them. But would need to pay again. I probably was the problem. But all moved. Thanks so much

ROLAND JThis truck clearly has engine problems and potentially steering/suspension problems as well. The power problem was catastrophic. Could barely go 25 mph when loaded and with a trailer. Had to move steering wheel a lot to stay straight, and left curves required heavy right steering input to maintain. Really disappointing. Truck has 176k miles and clearly needs major service overhaul. Pickup location was unprofessional. They did not have the truck cleared off so it was covered in a lot of snow, and I got stuck trying to leave the lot while the staff just stared for several minutes. Moving blankets were forgetting, I guess I should have checked they were there, and had to go back. Awful experience.
