U-Haul charged me for a cleaning fee before returning it
JEREMY DWhen a person reserves a 20 footer and it's confirmed they should get a 20 footer and not FORCED to take a 15 footer. I was cleaning out my mom's house and it was a very emotional day to begin with so I was not very happy when they made me take the 15 footer. So I am not sure I would recommend the location to a friend. They supposedly had another 20 footer come in and the next one wasn't scheduled to go out until 1245 pm so I don't understand why they wouldn't give me one of the 2, 20 footers that was on the premises. I was there at 9 am. It was not very professional and I should have been compensated for more than 20.00 dollars. Not very happy.
MATTHEW SEverything was easy and efficient and they were all very helpful would recommend to everyone that needs to be able to move their stuff!!
RICKEY WCould not adjust the outside mirrors on the truck. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and the truck.
