The truck was very dirty. Mud all over the floor and door. When I complained to the manager, and asked if I could get a clean truck because the last one I rented two days prior was very dirty, the manager said she would look over the truck with me first. Manager explained they can’t do anything about all of the caked on mud in the truck. On U-Haul website it says if a truck is dirty with mud, it would be cleaned or I would be given an actual clean truck, very disappointed
Richard VThis was the 7th time I’ve rented a U-Haul truck. The uhaul truck I rented was very very dirty. The dash was very dusty and the floor had dried mud all over. My shoes ended up getting very dusty from the truck. I’ve never seen such a dirty truck before :(

MARTON HStaff was very helpful and courteous. I had to wait while they were juggling business between uhaul and their lumber and hardware supply company. With time, they adamantly pursued my requests and phoned the uhaul regional manager to confirm my completion of the transaction.
