Location does not allow alternate drop off locations which can be a huge inconvenience. Especially when you need to drive long distances.

Edward H.I have a long standing relationship with Arey Building Supply. They are always friendly and helpful. This was an easy transaction to complete since I did the on-line check-in process. The only issue appeared to be the slow U-Haul website. That was according to Dave who did the work. Two of the yard workers helped me hook up the trailer so that also went very easy. The trailer was in good condition.
