ASHTON NWe needed the uhaul, and live in ontario. We had to drive out to Yermo. We did not receive a prorated charge or discount for that. It was very inconvenient, having to drive out almost 2 hours away from our city. When we were checking the truck out the young man was sitting in the truck with the truck running blowing the ac on while me and my husband stood in the heat . There was not the equipment that I requested to rent in the truck, so I had to stop to pick it up a actual uhaul location. This was alot of time lost. And still paid the full price; so it was not beneficial to my wallet or time.
Maria PGot lost on some back road, the listed number didn’t work and they didn’t answer, no gas station near by to gas up , the excess driving around for me an additional charge that I was not expecting, there were no signs, the guy said the drop off location never even fully out my order in for drop off there because he wasn’t expecting it, and my contract was a rental by the days and the guy charge me additional for miles. I’m not happy but at least I got my things in my new home for the holidays
