The agent at the pick up site was abrasive, he spent the whole time talking about politics, he used homo sexual slurs, was using foul language. He was also talking about his divorce. It also seemed that he was using the truck for his personal usage as they had to take some small fuel tanks from the back of the truck. He was also telling me how much his commission would be and that he was upset that he was not getting a bigger commission. Just about everything that should not be said to a customer he said.CARLOS T.

It was located down a bumpy dirt road. The guy I meet with over shared about his divorce. It felt very shady. No building everything done on his phone. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire transaction. I felt like i was involved in a drug deal I o.n done back road.Robin P.

DO NOT follow GPS! Call in advance for the actual directions to find the location. If you have to turn on a dirt road, you're on the right path... very hard to find!JEREMY E.
We wanted to get a truck in Barstow. We had to drive an extra 30 miles back and forth to p/u and d/o the truck so we were 50 miles over and it was because of them. Tbe least the lady could have done was explain that not only, did we have to drive, out of the way to BFE. We would also be charged due to our inconvenience. Then the lady charged me for i surance i never asked for and instead of paying $39...... It was nearly $200.0Â£ which is only a guesstimate becuse they didnt want a confrontation they told me id be sent the $total and my receipt in my email within the next couple days. I feel like i need to take a hot shower and scour my skin because ive been royally screwed.when did UHaul become a bunch of crooks. I spent four hours on Saturday ( instead.of moving) trying to reach them by phone because of my erroneous charges for insurance i did not want or ask for only to be told i was out of luck. I wont be calling corporate because. I cant ever get my prescious time back and refuse to give this shitty scandalous crooked company another second of my time. Shame on u Uhaul.??????????Shannon W.
