Agents doesn't stand on their words. I was told to drop off 26' van and I can pick the same one Monday from the same location and another day when I called for the same after dropping off,that I have to pick it up from different town. No values for the words and commitments and very poor communication. Never recommended any of my friends.

The location was okay The location and service were excellent; however, it wasn't the original location. They sent the address to my phone, but it took me to a canola oil factory. I only found the location after searching for "u-haul" on Google Maps.
Jose RThey were closed and the google maps took me down town broad st in Yorkton . Should probably get that changed.
KYRSTI FPlenty of room for vehicle and timely service. They told me U-Haul would compensate me for having excess gas left in tank after my trip but I severely doubt U-Haul gives a damn
