It was the wirst experience I ever had trying to rent something the U-Haul app is ridiculous there was more then one person at the pic up location that couldn’t complete the app to receive the haul rental the hours of business was closed on Saturday we tried phoning with no response or call back I was there for 3 hours trying to get the keys out of the lock box then try to complete the app was not responding not accepting pictures or anything I wasted 3 hours while the employees I hired sat waiting for me it cost me 300 dollars extra for paying them to wait which should I’d never happened I wasted there early right at 3 8:00 am and I never left there till almost 11 not acceptable then you send me a bill for a ridiculous amount good on you
