The truck was dirty inside and it run like shit could not control the heat running wide open all the time was not pleased at all !!!
Eddie BThere is no problem with your equipment or your locations. However there are MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MOBILE APP. I have never gotten it to work. It is so slow that I think things time out or never complete. Taking and uploading pictures of the rental is a complete nightmare. I have tried on multiple occasions with different cell phones and at different locations. Five bars of 5G service and 800 mbps should be enough! Please improve it!
Lynn PLots of confusion and lack of knowledge. It does not seem to be a good idea to rent trucks from a convenience store.
Archie LThe agent was not able to provide a pigtail cable for the car trailer. This was a safety hazard as the trailer did not have lights or brakes for the entire drive
