There is no problem with your equipment or your locations. However there are MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MOBILE APP. I have never gotten it to work. It is so slow that I think things time out or never complete. Taking and uploading pictures of the rental is a complete nightmare. I have tried on multiple occasions with different cell phones and at different locations. Five bars of 5G service and 800 mbps should be enough! Please improve it!

The agent was not able to provide a pigtail cable for the car trailer. This was a safety hazard as the trailer did not have lights or brakes for the entire drive

ALEXANDER FWe paid for a furniture dolly, but there was not one in the truck and there was not one on site. The worker was nice and the location itself was fine, but the UH website was terrible.
TAYLOR COverall great experience, but I specifically booked this transaction and chose to NOT have rental accident coverage, but was charged anyway and would like the $15 deducted as we just noticed the addition. Otherwise the guy at the register was great to work with!
