Picked up and dropped off U-haul same day. Person who helped us didn’t process our drop off and got a notification 8 days later that our rental was overdue. Had to pay a bunch of extra money for an overdue U-Haul that I turned in the same day. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing
MICHAEL BIt would be nice if they didn’t have to cancel my reservation and start the process from zero in person. Somehow a random person’s ID was connected to my reservation. I lost an hour there just to be able to pick up the U-Haul. They also do not allow you to pay in cash, which is an available option on U-Haul’s website.
