How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt would be nice if they didn’t have to cancel my reservation and start the process from zero in person. Somehow a random person’s ID was connected to my reservation. I lost an hour there just to be able to pick up the U-Haul. They also do not allow you to pay in cash, which is an available option on U-Haul’s website.

Paul DMy first experience with U-Haul and it was trouble free
vivian pA trailer of this weight needs a jack. The site had a single employee who told me to hook the trailer up myself and he would take pictures. I pulled my lower back trying to lift it by myself. I had to get him to help me lift the tongue onto the hitch. There was not a wiring cable for the lights. I had to provide one.
