Douglas TRural drop off - lots of Uhaul equipment on property so had to unload on a hill next to Uhaul trucks. It’s a secondary business to a convenience gas station so attendant having to juggle convenience store customers and UHaul customers at the same time. Attendant not really familiar with the process or how to disconnect. We dropped off earlier than the contracted 4 days. He said that’s why things weren’t ready for us to drop off. Took him a long time and a phone call to pull us up on the computer. It took longer to turn trailer in than to pickup. Attendant was friendly.
