U-Haul should STOP the process of putting dollies in their trucks when not requested. It is placed in a VERLY INCONVENIENT location and cable tied. If you remove the tie, you are charged $7.00. If you don't cut the tie, you bang your ankle, hit your side on the dolly, trip over it, and end up injured! Lastly, it takes up valuable hauling space! PLEASE STOP!!!!
