The App had several problems that resulted in making me miss an appointed pickup time causing to have to wait for later opening. I’ve rented several vehicles from you in past. But I will Never do a pickup at at share ride again

Alicia RI was a bit disappointed to find out that I could not park my personal vehicle in the lot when I initially attempted to pick up my rental, either this information was not provided or I missed it in the fine print but I think it would be of good service for U-haul to note this in the confirmation. Also, I used the "chat" help to aks about this and there was NO response.
