The owner Sam personally waited on me. I was having some difficulty with on-line procedure. Sam helped me through the rental process and was very patient completing the rental.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlthough the website claims there is an onsite attendant, this was false. It is very difficult to feel comfortable about the rental when the only contact is on the phone. The vehicle, although relatively new and clean, displayed a bad tire pressure and the air conditioning was weak at best.
Scott EGreat business! Great location! Great management! Online verification is slow but it works!
CLENNIE WThe app was not working properly, I could not download pictures of the truck nor odometer reading and there was nobody there to help me.
BRADFORD SSam was super helpful and pleasant to work with. My new go to rental spot.
