Just have the equipment needed at various locations. Had to travel quite a ways past all the Uhaul locations in my area to pick up equipment!

The location was extremely ill kept and the person checking me couldn’t find the keys for the truck I reserved which resulted in renting a smaller truck. It did all work out but his appearance and the location appearance puts you off.
Carol OReserved a 20 ft truck over a month in advance to be told there were no trucks available the day before because it was a "busy holiday weekend." Is that not what the point of having a truck reserved is???????? -- Was originally supposed to pick up the truck from the Pomona location, ended up driving an hour away to Yucaipa to get the truck. Pick up process was easy and fine. Just frustrated that we couldn't pick up the truck from the Pomona location around the block from us as originally reserved.
