The online pickup worked well, but the drop-off could have been clearer. I was trying to find specific info from the online links. In the end, I just parked in what was a line of returns, locked the doors and dropped the key in the return box. The detail in pickup suggested a similar detail in return. The unfortunate aspect was that on Saturday around 5pm, the Yukon and Mustang areas was in a flash flood alert with extremely heavy rains that impacted our ability to unload the truck’s contents and compromised the cargo area of the truck. I hope all was fine when you inspected the truck. KCW/Yukon
Kelly WThe location was actually closed so no personnel. The online drop off, was tedious at best.
Angela GI rented a truck for 3 days, but only had it less than 12 hours. I got charged for all three days. I thought that my bill would be adjusted to reflect that I turned it in early. Not great customer service.
