Only 2 things. I would say neither takes points away from them. The lady that helped us was truly helpful and very sweet. First thing was the blankets didn't have a tag on them but I don't believe we were charged. We didn't use them so I hope that doesn't change. Also the milage seemed kind of expensive from the last time we rented which was 5 months ago. Other than that we are so grateful for the use of uhaul. We couldn't move without them.
